Typical Italian house in the historical centre of the village with great position and a beautiful view. An independent apartment of 35m2 is situated in the 1st floor of the house and owns 20m2 private terrace with a view to Trasimeno lake. Due its position, one day long trips are possible to renowned historical cities as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Siena, Cortona. Trasimeno lake is walking distance from the house and the hills north from the village offer you great walking and cycle itineraries. The house is placed very much in the centre of the village, 1-2 minutes walking distance from the main square and its cafés, bars and restaurants, grocery shop, butcher and bakery. The bank and post office are few steps away too. At disposal is the apartment with independent entrance, private terrace with a view to Trasimeno lake.. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. I am happy to provide you with information on possible walking/cycle itineraries and interesting / historical places to visit.
