Caulfield is a popular destination because of its beautiful and vast green spaces to explore; parks, ovals, playing fields, sports clubs, playgrounds and walking tracks. Shops nearby, coffee across the road. Tram stop out the front and parking for 2 cars. *** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ *** DURING THESE UNCERTAIN TIMES WE ARE: 1. Not having cleaning teams - only one cleaner at a time cleaning our apartments. 2. Taking extra precautionary measures during cleaning using a quaternary-ammonium based sanitiser that has broad germ-killing capabilities destroying bacteria 3. Using quaternary-ammonium based sanitiser to wipe down all door handles, knobs, light switches, bathroom taps and soap dispensers and TV/air con remotes during every clean. 4. Asking these two questions of all guests at time of booking: Have you been in contact with anyone who has confirmed Coronavirus? Have you been overseas in the last 14 days? 5. Not seeing a trend of guests booking any of our apartments for self isolation or who have recently been overseas abroad. 6. Happy to email, text or What's App prior to you arriving. There is so much to do! Cafes, parks, shopping, restaurants all within 10 minutes walking distance. Everything is at your doorstep. Caulfield is an incredibly safe and leafy neighbourhood. Caulfield South is bounded by Glen Huntly Road to the north, Booran Road to the east, North Road to the south and Kooyong Road to the west. Although it has no railway station, it is serviced by tram routes 64 and 67. The tram stop is right out the front and will take you into Swanston Street in the CBD. Tram stop Princes Park/Hawthorn Road. Elsternwick, Glenhuntly and Caulfield railway stations are all within a short drive, with both Elsternwick and Glenhuntly stations accessible via the number 67 tram. Elsternwick, Caulfield and Glenhuntly Road Railway Stations just a few minutes drive away. Monash University, Caulfield Campus is also easily accessible from our apartment. Can be flexible on check in and out times. Just ask! Bringing your baby? No problem! Highchair, stroller, baby bath and portacot available at no extra charge.
