Easy 3 minute walk to access train, buses and Parkholme Shopping Centre. Outdoor pergola. BBQ/WIFI. Able to accommodate 3 people. Free bikes available. Shared kitchen, with all cooking facilities You are welcome to enjoy it all including the pergola, BBQ with 8 seat outdoor table and bamboo garden. Relax in your own private lounge, with reverse cycle aircon/heating which has a sliding door closing it off from the rest of the home. It also contains a dining table with chairs. A continental breakfast including muesli or cereal, toast & coffee or tea is provided for all guests. Please let me know your preference for milk or bread and any dietary requirements. The bathroom is shared, it contains a shower and bath and vanity unit. The toilet is next to the laundry, at the rear of the house. You are welcome to enjoy the garden and outdoor area in the rear of the property. It may be a small house, but it is designed that you can have absolute privacy if you wish. You can study, enjoy the WIFI on your laptops, or whatever you wish! Oaklands Estate is a unique part of Marion, a triangle with no thru roads with mainly owner occupied homes. It is a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to the Marion Train Station and the glorious Wetlands. Parkholme Shopping Centre is only a few minutes walk away, with Coles, Bakers Delight, Sushi, Newsagent, Bakery and Chemist. Across the road is BWS which sells beer and wine. There are many great takeaway options for a meal within a short walking distance. The Marion train station is only a 3 minute walk from my house. This will take you to the city in 20 minutes, or else to the beach at Brighton or Seacliiff. The M44 bus which leaves from near the shopping centre will also take you to the city. If you prefer to travel by bicycle, I have a few bikes in the shed which you are welcome to use. Great bike or walking paths close by to take you to the beach, or wherever you fancy!
