Lakeside private room and bathroom

The house is located next to the lake of Biel and is a great spot for swimming and water sports. The owners, a charming couple, live on the upper floor and the private space for guests is on the ground floor. The two private rooms with bathroom can be rented separately or as a flat (see other listings). We only accept one booking at a time. One room has two single beds and the other two single beds stacked. There is no kitchen but a fridge, microwave, Nespresso, table, chairs, desk and dishes. The private house renovated in 1994 has two separate floors. The big and wild garden in front of the house offers a nice swimming spot surrounded by nature. The flat/rooms are cosy with wooden walls and garden/lake views. All mattresses and beds are new and of high quality (Bico and Happysleep). Each room has a cupboard, desk and chair. Flexible rental of space (flat, one double room or one single room) with weekly or monthly discounts. Guests have access to their private room and a bathroom on a separate floor of the house. They do not have access to a kitchen nor a living room, but a fridge is accessible. A Nespresso coffee machine, a boiler, dishes and cutlery are provided. They have access to the garden, beach and barbecue area, including all garden furniture. Hosts can provide information about the region, walking trails and leisure activities. They speak English, French, German and Spanish A restaurant is located 100 meters away. The public beach offers beach-volley courts, a football field, barbecue spots and is a great location for paddle and kite surfing. The train station, city centre and old town are situated within 15 minutes walking distance. Public parking spots are available next to the house.
