This single room is on the ground floor of a terraced house in a quiet area of Rusholme just 2 minutes from Wilmslow Road and the Curry Mile. The house is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It has recently been refurbished throughout with a new bathroom, and new carpets. During the academic year it is a student house but because of Covid-19 the students are not staying this academic year. This is a comfortable room in a shared house. The house is very conveniently situated with just a 2-minute walk away from Wilmslow Road and frequent bus services directly to the University of Manchester and the Royal Infirmary (5 minutes) and the city centre (10 minutes). It is also close to shops, supermarkets and the famous Curry Mile with its many affordable restaurants. It is very well connected to Manchester Airport with a good bus service. Alternatively, you can take the Metrolink from the airport to the city centre (Piccadilly) and then take a bus into Rusholme. Taxi from airport to property will typically charge between £15-20 or you can use UBER (mostly cheaper).
