Located in the heart of Central Parramatta, the unit is conveniently minutes away from Parramatta Westfield, Parramatta Train & Bus Station and Parramatta Eat Street. There is plenty to see here and incredibly convenient to travel to Sydney CBD, and other tourist attractions. The unit is filled with all the essentials needed for an easy stay and is spacious enough for 5 people. This is a two bedroom, one bathroom unit that you will have all to yourself. STRICTLY NO PARTIES. The entire 2 bedroom unit is for all guests to use privately. We have the unit cleaned professionally between each stay and always updating every area. We have recently installed the advanced toilet seat with bidet and seat warmer for your comfort and hygiene. This unit is the prime location for easy travel to all of Sydney's most popular tourist, shopping and dining locations. There is a convenience store right downstairs open until 9pm otherwise take a minute to enter Parramatta Westfield shopping centre. It is also only minutes away from Parra Villa Function Centre. With just 10 minutes head to Parramatta Transport Interchange or Parramatta Eat Street and Parramatta River, Children's water attraction play area and is also close to the Parramatta Stadium. There is a large balcony with a washing machine for you to use during your stay or you can enjoy outdoor dining on the other private balcony. There is private washing for guests to use along with private bathroom and kitchen. In addition there are two balcony areas and underground carpark. Myself, and other co - hosts have a shared goal of making sure any of your queries are easily solved and are here to ensure you can easily communicate with us. The unit is equipped with WIFI, airconditioning, TV, fridge, washing machine, space for drying, underground parking, stove tops and kitchen utensils. Next door to one of the largest shopping centres in Sydney. Westfield Parramatta is home of major fashion outlets and hosts a large variety of cuisines. A short walk away if the bustling Church St restaurants with late night dining. Also by the Parramatta River you can take a stroll along the water. Down the street is also Parramatta Park where you can have a picnic or ride your bike. it is only 7 minutes walk away from the unit. The newly built Parramatta Stadium is also extremely closeby. This means free parking and a comfortable nights rest after an event. This unit is in a great location! Luckily, there is no shortage of public transport in Parramatta. Walk about 5 minutes and you will find the Parramatta Train Station. Here, you have interlinking and direct trains to almost every suburb including: Sydney Central, Townhall and Straithfield.
