Paradise for families

At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, our cosy apartment has 3 balconies where you can enjoy the wonderful mountain world of the Ötztal Alps. In the summer months it is a dream to have breakfast or dinner on the balcony with pleasant temperatures. In winter the paradise for skiing or snowshoeing is just around the corner. The proximity to Innsbruck is ideal for a shopping trip. Our lovingly furnished apartment Azalea is a paradise for families. The bedroom has its own small balcony where the parents can let the evening end. In addition to a comfortable, extendable sofa bed, there is a comfortable sitting area in the living room. Radio, Sat-TV, DVD and enough games for a cosy evening are at your disposal. The highlight is our small play corner for our little guests :-) The bathroom has its own bathtub and towels as well as a hairdryer are available. The toilet is separate. Our kitchen is small but fine and very well equipped. W-Lan internet access is available free of charge. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The whole apartment is at the sole disposal of the guests. After your booking, we will send you further information (handing over keys, tips and tricks around the house and apartment). I will not be present in person but we are happy to answer your questions and are also available via WhattsApp, SMS or email. Our family-friendly apartment Azalea is located in the front of the Ötztal valley and therefore it has the best starting position for all outdoor activities. In the lively Oetz you can expect great restaurants, cafés and a lot of shopping possibilities. In summer ideal for nature lovers, hikers, mountain lovers, mountain bikers, motorcyclists or even adrenalin junkies. The adventure park "Area 47" can be reached in approx. 4 minutes by car. In winter it is not far to the different skiing areas like Hochoetz, Sölden, Kühtai, Ischgl and many more. The neighbouring ski areas Kühtai and Sölden can be reached by car in approx. 30 - 40 minutes. Both ski areas can also be reached by ski bus, which stops 2 minutes on foot. Ideal for skiers, snowboarders, snowshoe hikers, those looking for peace and quiet, etc. All those who want to spoil themselves can visit Tirol's Therme Nr. 1, the "Aqua Dome" in Längenfeld.
