Our 4 bedroom detached home is set in a quiet cul de sac on the broughton and bretton village border, within easy walking distance of the Broughton Retail Park and Airbus factory. Ideally located close to chester and North Wales. We are a family of 5 and two friendly dogs ! We have hosted foreign students for many years and look forward to sharing our home with you. We offer a double room with a King size bed with a memory foam mattress, with an adjoining en suite with walk in shower. The room also benefits from a smart TV with access to sky sports through now tv, netflix etc, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. We also have a decent sized garden for guests to relax in if the weather is good! Guests are welcome to use the kitchen/diner for making meals etc. Broughton Retail Park has a cinema with a starbucks, a 24hr tesco superstore, several restaurants and many shops. The A55 expressway is on the edge of our estate with great access to nearby Chester and the motorway network not forgetting beautiful North Wales in the opposite direction!
