Beautiful 3 bedroom natural stone cottage located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. This beautiful region of Somerset offers walking for all abilities along with some great locations to visit including Crooks Peak, Cheddar Gorge, Clevedon Pier. Winscombe village is a short drive or 20-25 minute walk good range of shops including bakery, butcher, Pharmacy, local pubs, Co-op and cafes. Close to Cheddar, Weston super mare and Bristol This unique cottage makes the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing country holiday with family or friends. This scenic location hosts 3 beautiful private holiday cottages. Beech cottage sleeps 5 guests, made up of 1 King Bedroom with en-suite, 1 double bedroom and 1 single room, plus Family Bathroom, private dining room and open planned kitchen and living space with heated flooring throughout. The 2 sets of french doors allow in plenty of natural light, opening onto a patio with dining furniture and the gorgeous well kept garden with panoramic views of the rolling hills. The space also benefits from shared facilities such as Tennis Court, a games room for fun for all the family such as Table Tennis, WIFI, Darts, TV and films plus the Pool Table. From the end of May through to September the outdoor heated Swimming Pool and shower Block are open to guests only. These are situated opposite the games room through the naturally formed garden path. Wifi and smart tv with Netflix available in the cottage. Set behind well aged woodlands, this cottage is the perfect getaway all year round being peacefully situated in the countryside down Shipham Lane. The cottage has been fitted with underfloor heating throughout as part of its new refurbishment at the beginning or 2021. Bed linen and towels included with your stay. Travel cot and highchair available please request before your stay. Welcome pack provided on arrival. External communal utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Patio with garden furniture, huge garden. Private parking for 2 cars. Out of Hours Number also available on arrival The cottage is close to public footpaths, near bus transport and a short walk to local pubs, baker, butchers and local shops. A pack will be given on arrival detailing these local amenities. Due to the swimming pool being outdoor it's seasonal and is NOT open in the winter months. We look to open it end of April/May- weather dependent. Please contact for more information. Due to recent storms we've suffered extreme damage to our tennis court. This unfortunately means it currently out of use.
