A perfect home for a family with 4 large bedrooms (3x king, 1 x twin) and a single room. There is a big kitchen and dining space, playroom, plenty of sofa space and a big TV, BBQ, hot tub (seasonal) & enclosed gardens to enjoy the sunshine. Great wifi and parking. Great location to explore the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, Oxford city, Bicester Village, Blenheim Palace and London! NOTE: This is a family home, not a holiday home. There is a cat living here who will be around for your stay. Upstairs: Main bedroom with king size bed, en suite (including walk in shower and double sinks) and views across fields. 2nd large bedroom with king size bed and brand new en-suite. 3rd bedroom has a king size bed, plus dressing table and views over the village. 4th bedroom is a childrens room with a single bed. (Optional additional single bed in here) 5th bedroom is a smaller room with single bed. Family bathroom with bath and shower over. Downstairs: Playroom space for younger children. Large kitchen with all facilities including aga and induction hob. Dining space with table, chairs and sofa . Utility room with all washing facilities. Lounge with big sofas, large TV with TV services and DVDs Office Space Outside: Garden with solid wood dining table Decking area with sofas and coffee table Shady area with benches Hot Tub- SEASONAL, not available in Winter (inflatable- you are liable for any damage) Large gas BBQ Paddock Chicken coop- fresh eggs each day! Driveway parking Bathroom with powerful shower and comfortable bath. Kitchen/diner area. Lounge with open fireplace and multiple sofas. Board games, snacks, TV and BT vision services. WIFI. Outside space- garden furniture plus paddocks. Fresh eggs I only offer our home when i am away for weekends/holidays. Therefore access is via lock box and contact is remote. Amazing walking across the Oxfordshire Moor, lots of lovely pubs, Oxford centre, Bicester Village.... so much to do in this area, or simply relax and enjoy the quiet!
