You wake up to the beautiful morning sun rising from the East, make yourself a coffee and enjoy the wildlife from the front porch. Walk out back and take a relaxing stroll past the salt water pool down to any of the 3 paddocks. You then make your way back to the house to prepare a breakfast in your gourmet kitchen. Relax by the pool with full all day sun and enjoy wood-Fired pizza in the evening watching the sunset drop below the Matcham Valley tree line . You will have full access to all outside areas on the 3.5 Acre property. Including the Swimming Pool, Vegetable garden. You will not have acces to the shed, garage, master walk in wardrobes or granny flat. When the main house is rented out, the host stays adjacent in a granny flat. This is NOT a party house. No loud, rowdy or rude guests will be tolerated. No loud music is to be played outside the house at any time. We have a strict 10pm cut off to outdoor noise. If your group is heard after this time, you will receive a courtesy message to move indoors. If you do not follow these rules, you will be immediately escorted off the property. This is where we live and we are very respectful of our adjoining neighbors and expect you to be too. This listing is strictly for those staying at the property. NO LARGER groups will be accepted for events or parties. Please do not message asking us to accommodate you because there will be no exceptions made.
