Fantastic lake- and mountainview

5-8 min walking distance to the station (Zürcher S-Bahn, Railwaystation) / 18 until 24 min to the city center, situated close to Zürich on the way to Zug, Lucern, Chur, Interlaken / all the highend tourist attractions in Switzerland are reachable in less then 1.5 Hour by car or a bit more by train. Located close to the railway-stations and close to the highway. I live in this apartment by myself and i am working daytime. It's a wonderful modern and completely new apartment with a high standard that you can feel comfortable. Next week the new Sofa and a new dinging table are delivered. When you appreciate a designed apartment you will be happy here. It’s one main entrance - all the parts of the apartment are open for you - except my private dormitory - cook your own dinner ore enjoy one of the good restaurants in the area - Zurich City - Zug or lucern city or direct in the village without using the car. If you like ask me - especially on the weekends i may have time if you like see something. If you want to book me as your tour guide - optional it would be possibly - i two Switzerland like my pocket. By Bike, Hiking or driving by car or using the trains and other public transportation. The unique part here is the size of everything - you will live at the board of the alps here. The people around Zurich are international and generous. We accept a live with different cultures - and appreciate also some traditions. Local bus - ships on the lake to Zürich to Rapperswil - train - fast trains. if you like to bike - wonderful. Horgen is absolutely top located - you will find everything you need very close - behind the house pure nature - with a wonderful net of hiking ways directly connected to the house. it is between Rapperswil - an old town with a castle - and Zurich on the left side of the lake of Zürich. Never mind if you love shopping, sport, nature or culture. You will finde everything around here.
