All people welcome. Pets limited to small dogs. Comfortable living room has a L-shaped sofa and a 65" TV with premium cable. Basement lounge area has a 55" TV with premium cable. Breezeway/sunroom has a 60" TV with cable access. There is a 10'x40' deck with glass railings overlooking a park-like wooded setting. Front landscaping features a 8'x10' goldfish pond with waterfall. Very tranquil setting. I'm available for guest requests for info on local spots, shopping, and some entertainment suggesitons. Safe, walking neighborhood. Bike paths, also good for walking, within a short distance, as well as a diner. Vehicle or bike is recommended. This is a great location for potential OU students and families to stay during a visit of the campus, just 4 miles away. Walking neighborhood near a bike path.
