Southport / Churchtown Luxury Cottage

Luxury HOLIDAY LET ONLY detached cottage/bungalow in the period property village of Churchtown, a stones throw from the centre of Southport. Sky movies/sports and wifi. Pets considered (one dog). If I’m not about I’ll only be next door if needed for anything. There are numerous pubs & restaurants a 2 minute walk away. We only accept TWO adults but may consider a third person eg an elderly relative or child. No families of four or more please as it’s simply not set up or insured for it. No smoking inside or on the decking area (insurance purposes). Wi-fi is available free of charge. There is a 49” HD TV with Sky satellite TV (including movies, sports etc). Large parking space to the front. Kitchen has microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, oven, hob, fridge, pots/pans, cutlery, utensils, cups, glasses, etc. Two seater sofa and one armchair. Outside patio area with BBQ and seating. Guest checkin 3pm/ checkout 11am are flexible on application depending on back to back bookings. Large car parking space adjoining the property. I will meet you at the property to hand over the keys. If I’m not about I can be phoned at any time if there are questions/problems. The property is situated in Churchtown, a period property area of Southport. Southport town centre can be walked in 30 minutes. Alternatively it can be driven in 4/5 minutes or there are various direct buses (44,49 & X2) which will have you there in 10 minutes max. There is no dining table but the open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar. Please note that the bed mattresses are memory foam. No cot or high chair supplied. Lounge seating for three persons only (two seater sofa and armchair).
