King Single in Traralgon

Quality King Single bed & Mattress. This room is only suitable for one person, however I can set up a single fold up bed in it. Desk and TV. Need own Chromecast to use tv. Light sunny room, can be booked in conjunction with listing for Comfortable Queen in Traralgon. There is also a King Single bed in the guest lounge room which can be made very private. (extra cost) My place is close to public transport, the city center, nightlife and plenty of great eating places. Unlimited Wifi. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the outdoor space, the crazy pets and the laid back atmosphere. The pantry is well stocked with Breakfast Cereals. Always plenty of room in the fridge too! This bedroom has new carpet, paint, linen, curtains and blind. It is a nice space with a large book case and desk. Wardrobe has hanging space and 2 empty shelves. Guests for King Single and Comfortable Queen rooms will need to share the bathroom. Guests have private bathroom, lounge and dining room. Shared kitchen and laundry. Very nice outdoor seating with bench space, sink and BBQ. Lovely gardens. Smoking is fine outside of the house. Vegetable garden is very prolific. At the moment it is Tomato and Zucchini Soup! Guests can use Stereo and Electric Piano. I am more than happy to help out with some recommendations for Restaurants, and places to visit. If you require something to make your stay more comfortable, just ask. Great walking park across the court. Children's play area. Parking is in our quiet Court, right outside the front door. Train station is 2.5 kilometers away. Taxi costs approximately $10.00. Bus stop 300 meters away in Swallow Grove.(approx $2.40 from Plaza to home) Route 41. Taxis and Buses can be found at the Traralgon Plaza a 500 meter walk from the station. When work allows I could arrange to collect and deliver to the station. Buses and Train's require a Myki card. Time tables are in your Information Pack Parking on the road outside the path to front door or in the driveway as long as you psrk as far right ad possible so i dont get blocked in.
