A modern villa, complited in 2014, is located 300m from the Baltic Sea, villas teritory extends till the sea. The villas location is very close to the thired biggest city of Latvia- Liepaja, only 7 km and only 50 km to Palanga Airport (Lithuania). Its about 210 km from Riga airport, The two-storey building total area is 285m2. On the 1st floor you will see a spacious kitchen with dining room and big living room, bathroom, utility room. On the 2nd floor there are three bedroooms with built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms. You will also find a balcony with access from the main bedroom. Outseide the house there are two sun terraces and a BBQ grill. Water supply comes from borehole 100m deep, local drainage, LPG gas central heating (2.7 m3 tank), warm water with solar collectors, WI FI internet, SAT TV, LED lighting. The villa and its furniture is built form superior materials. Heated floor is available in all of the bathrooms. Villa is fully equipped with furniture and necessary stuff for living. Coffe machine BBQ Perfect for the perfect vacation! we let our guest enjoy their vacation :) The territory is beautifuly grown with pine trees and has this special clear and adorant air! its only a short walk till private beach with white sand we suggest to rent a car or moove around with bikes or just take a taxi and go to Liepaja which is only 7 km away. If necessary, we can arrange shuttle from the airport to the villa.
