Cottage apartment in hilly Budapest

The apartment is a pretty cottage just 20 minutes from the city centre. It is down a quiet leafy lane in the grounds of Orchardviews House. It stands in half an acre of gardens surrounded by grape vines, flower beds and fruit trees. A lawn stretches away ouside the cottage door. Have meals on the terrace outside the cottage and, if you have children, watch them play on the lawn (games are available). There is off-street parking. There is a double bedroom, comfortable sitting room (with sofabed for two), fully equipped fitted kitchen and bathroom. A cot and a high chair are available for babies. Round the corner is a first rate restaurant, a supermarket and a greengrocer's (open 7-21hrs). The world famous Pető Institute (providing therapy for disabled children) is 10 minutes walk away. The guests can contact the owners any time during the day. The neighbourhood is in hilly Buda, much cooler than flat Pest in the hot summer months. It is very quiet and leafy and yet only 20 minutes to the city centre with excellent transport. There is off street parking and public transport (bus/metro) is excellent.
