Comfortable for one person. Guest room upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Bathroom has a large walk in shower with very hot water. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, plenty parking. Very close to the PARAMOUNT theater. One hour to Manhattan -Guests will have a bedroom w 2 TWIN PULL OUT beds -Shower on ground floor with: shampoo, soap, fresh towels. -Room is small, best for one person. -Much parking. Very safe area Walk app 15 min to train: Long Island Railroad to NY City app. 1 hr. LIRR to Jamaica station then subway to NY city. Our home is 15 min by car from the Historic Oyster Bay, the town of President Theodore Roosevelt TR's home, Sagamore Hill and it's beautiful sorroundings are 20 minutes driving from our home. Caumsett State Park Cold Spring Harbor Lab Planting fields Arboretum One hour to NEW YORK City, comfortable train ride all day
