Superb apartment in Brisbane! Close to everything

Located in Forest lake a beautiful green area in Brisbane, you’ll be able to enjoy the outside swimming pool and the apartment terrace perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset you’ll enjoy kicking back sharing meals with family or friends. With spacious living you’ll feel right at home in my apartment. Ideal location walking distance to everything, parks where you can have bbq’s and feed the ducks, shops, cafes, restaurants and bus’s that go to Brisbane CBD. A great affordable getaway. This apartment has everything you will need. It is cosy and spacious with an open plan. Plenty of room to move great for family’s or groups of friends. You will be close to everything shops, cafes and restaurants and a short 25 minute drive to Brisbane CBD and to The Famous Gold Coast a 45 minute drive. There is soo much to do in Brisbane and my apartment is very accessible. As you enter the apartment you will see the large kitchen on your right with plenty of cooking space, oven, gas stove,toaster, kettle, fridge, dish washer. All kitchen utensils are provided including pots and pans. On the left hand side of the kitchen there is a large dining table that fits 4 people and beside the dining area there’s a large lounge room with a large couch plenty of room to sit and relax while watching tv. There is a second eating area in the outside terrace/balcony With large windows that spread out to see the bright blue sky you won’t miss the sunset or sunrise. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms one beside the terrace/ balcony including 1 large queens size bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds with smaller balcony at the back you will get a fresh breeze from opening both the balcony and the terrace. The bedrooms include fresh clean bedding, pillows, towels and hangers. The bathroom is very clean with mirror and sink, bath tub and a shower with plenty of hot water what more could you want. There is a laundry room in the apartment with washing machine a dryer and on the balcony there is a clothes line So you can have fresh clean clothes no worries. Guests have access to the entire home swimming pool and the Car park that comes with the apartment. A set of keys will be provided, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day. I will meet guests upon arrival to hand over the keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. If you could contact me before hand to let me know what time you will be arriving that would be very helpful. Check in time is after 2pm. During your stay i will be nearby a 15 min drive away you can contact me via phone or email. Apartment rules; No smoking inside the apartment if you have to smoke I allow smoking on the balcony with the doors shut. If you do smoke inside you will have to pay a $200 penalty. No drugs you will be charged a penalty. If you lose the keys to my property, you will be charged $250. Kitchen and bathroom must be kept sanitary if its left in bad condition you will be charged a cleaning fee of $100. Rubbish must be thrown out daily. Any damage caused to the property will be charged. Please do not drag your luggage on vinyl floors they can get easily scratched and please don’t drag the furniture. I don’t allow any pets in the apartment if pet hair and smell is left behind you will be charged a $200 penalty. You must check out before 10am. The Body corporate doesn’t allow loud parties and loud music after 10pm. No parties or events.
