Colorful apartment with gym near the beach

Hi there! This is my colorful apartment, located above my parents' flat on the second (and last) floor. It's very comfortable and perfect for a family holiday because it's near the beach and next to a supermarket. Enjoy it! The apartment it's perfect for 4 people: there is 1 spacious double bedroom, 1 double sofa bed in the living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtube, a gym and 2 terraces with sunbeds, a beach umbrella and a clotheshorse. Guests have the full access to the entire apartment and all the spaces are reserved. The apartment has a separate entrance. My parents, Gabriele and Rosanna, will receive all guestes. They don't speak english but I am avalaible and I'll be there for all needs. I'm sure you will not have any difficult because they are very friendly and they will be at your disposal.
