Spacious Queen and Single Rooms - Bed & Breakfast

My place is close to the University of Southern Queensland, across the road from Gabbinbar Homestead (famous for weddings), city centre, art and culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the people, the neighbourhood, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, large wedding groups, business travellers, and families, with 6 bedrooms available - 4 Queens and 2 twin rooms. I live onsite in a small section of the house. There is plenty of space to relax indoors, with two large living areas, for watching T.V./DVDs, or out on the balcony upstairs, or in the covered outdoor area, with lots of foliage and space to unwind, adjacent to the fenced swimming pool. Guests are able to use all areas of the house, however, while the large kitchen CAN be used for relaxing and chatting, whilst coffee/tea-making, heating food in the microwave or eating take-away, the kitchen is NOT available for COOKING meals. I live on site, and am available to help with any of my guests needs, however, I respect your privacy. I provide a delicious, cooked breakfast for each of my guests. The neighbourhood is quiet and located in a very upmarket side of town. It is directly opposite Gabbinbar Homestead, wedding venue - 1 min. walk. I am six minutes drive to U.S.Q., one minute walk to Gabbinbar Homestead, and a very short drive to the city centre, with parks, restaurants and places of cultural interest.
