A cozy place in the heart of heliopolis

This big bright and sunny bedroom has an AC and a heating device. The room has a double/king size bed with plenty of storage places (chest of drawers and hangers). Also a seating area and a hairdressing table are available. A TV and receiver will be placed either in the bedroom or the communal area. Free towels and bed sheets and covers will be available. The communal area is fully furnished with beautiful traditional Egyptian style. The apartment is located on the 5th floor. Elevator is not always available, but most of the time it is. In all cases, the portal will help you to carry any baggage during your stay. Guests have access to the large bedroom, shared bathroom, kitchen and communal (living and dinning area). You are welcome to cook, use the fridge and washing machine (please ask me for instructions when needed). You are also welcome to invite friends over lunch/dinner (please inform me in advance). I always welcome my guests in person and will be available to explain anything you need to know about the flat, neighborhood and city. During your stay, you will enjoy your own space and serenity whenever you need. Otherwise, I am always happy to chat with my guest over a cup of tea/coffee or dinner. My place is located in el-Sayed el-Merghany street, one of the most vibrant areas in Cairo. It is considered one of Cairo sophisticated and upscale neighborhood. It is located near the Baron palace and presidential palace.The street is surrounded by many cafes, restaurants, super markets, and hairdressers. Also the infamous city stars mall is 10 min away. The airport is a 10-15 min drive away. Metro station is a 10-15 min walk. Taxis and micro buses are very accessible and available nearly all day long. Uber is also available and very safe mean of trabsport in Cairo Breakfast can be served for an extra $7 for two people per day
