It is located two blocks off of Fleur Drive, one block from the WAKONDA Country Club (host of annual national tournaments), two minutes from the airport and Grays Lake/Waterworks Park - Lauridsen Amphiteater (host to music and numerous annual athletic competitions and a beautiful 2 mile lakeside trail with paved bike trail connections to downtown and all city bike/regional bike trail systems; four minutes to the vibrant downtown with the event center/Civic Center/Theater for Performing Arts, Wells Fargo Arena, Civic Center, renown sculpture garden, home-grown eateries/organic market, live music venues almost all week, and micro-breweries. A beautiful gazebo with firetable is located in my secluded secret garden and is availible to you. For visual enjoyment only, please no other items in fire (food etc). Kitchen is a complete foodie kitchen for your use - all pots/pans/dishes/gadgets, condiments and spices are meant to be shared. Bon Appetit! You will have entire driveway which fits three vehicles unless massive. On-street parking is available directly in front of residence. Just installed new supplemental radiant heat upstairs bedroom, guest has control of thermostat. Also there are dual controls for matress pad heat on upstairs king bed. . I have a completely self-contained basement apartment (own kitchen, living/dining room, king bedroom and bathroom), but I DO NOT stay overnight when I have guests. I share an entrance and a 5' foyer if I stop by, but always text guests in advance if I need to stop by or harvest kale from the garden. In summer I do yard work in my secret garden but it is out of sight from the main backyard. I have had three shots. It is a quiet residential street (large trees) with long-resident neighbors - I know all of them. I have lived here since 1982. K cup coffee and tea are provided. Rice cooker, crock pot, extra serving platters, bowls, and serving utensils are available. Well stocked kitchen, herbs, spices and condiments are also available. Good pots and pans. Also have access to bag chairs for events, umbrellas, and coolers. NOTE - gatherings of more than 16 people (inclusing guests and visitors) are prohibited regardless of prior host approval.
