Country Villa with pool, sleeps 23

My place is in the countryside with lots of places for walking and cycling but also near the city of Montauban and Toulouse for art and culture. This is a house of character with high ceilings. It is good for families and big groups. It is good for weddings and celebrations. It can hold 23 people comfortably. There is a pool, cinema room and many places to visit nearby. It is a great place to spend time with family and friends. This house is unique, in that it is very large but still very private. It has large gardens to enjoy with family and friends but many secluded areas to have time out on your own too. Guests have access to the entire house and large gardens. I am available to offer help throughout your stay. This place is unique because it is quiet and private, but also not far from the historic town of Montauban. There is a tennis court nearby and many cycling and walking routes. In the summer, there are many festivals in the surrounding areas which usually culminates in fireworks. The house is 10 minutes drive from Montauban train station and 40 minutes from Toulouse airport. There is also parking for several cars on the property. There is a charger for electric cars at the local Mairie in Corbarieu. Our house is very old and so is not suitable for air conditioning, however, we have portable electric fans that are available for use if the temperature gets too high. A minimum stay of 7 nights are allowed from 16th July 2022 - 3rd September 2022. NOTE: TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS EXCEPT CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR RESERVATIONS.
