The two could be booked together for groups of up to 7 The Blues Hut has 3 rooms plus shower room and is ideal for one or two couples, or a family party. The living room with kitchenette has everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy food. There's an electric stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and all utensils. The master bedroom has a hand made king size bed with a luxury Harrison mattress, you're assured a very comfortable nights sleep. The third room doubles as a living or bedroom space. The Habitat double sofa bed is very comfy too, and for the agile there's also a single bunk bed. The required number of beds for your party will be made up ready for guests with cotton linen and towels provided. There's a fully tiled shower room with toilet, shampoo etc provided The 'Pig Pen' is now an outside dining room and there's a stove for cooking pizzas or doing a barbecue, or just to light and sit by as the evening draws in. You can heat the cabin to the temperature of your choice with the efficient Rointe electric radiators, you wouldn't feel any winter chill! No charge for infants, travel cot and high chair available on request . Your space is set at the top of a beautiful mature garden of around 2 1/2 acres, which you are welcome to enjoy. You are in a secluded spot with no sight or sound of traffic or neighbour to interrupt the peace. Next to you are cider orchards to wander around in and only a few minutes walk will take you to our local shop and another couple to the pub & cider shop. Access is by a dedicated track and there is ample parking and turning space. The track is fairly steep but well metaled, but if you're concerned or have an extra large vehicle there is the option to park at the bottom. There's a covered shelter for your bikes. I'll be around most the time so any thing you need please just ask. Otherwise I'll leave you alone to enjoy your privacy! Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty The Blues Hut is the ideal place if you want a peaceful stay in original accommodation, yet within easy walk of a local shop and pub (CAMRA 2018 Good Beer Guide listed). We're perfectly placed for River Wye tours and activities, and the Forest of Dean is only a short drive. Many Welsh Border castles are less than 30 minutes drive and there is much more to explore in Herefordshire. Just a few minutes walk are the #33 bus stops to Hereford and Gloucester, there's an hourly service during weekdays and Saturdays, two hourly on a Sunday. It's a great area for walking and cycling once you're off the main roads, with miles of quiet country lanes to explore.
