It has a workspace with a desk/chair in the private room and fast WiFi connection for WFH. You can prepare your own food with the full-size kitchen and dining area. Clean comforter, pillow, and linens are ready for your rest at your arrival. We provide weekly cleaning for the common areas to keep the shared space clean and organized. Daily supplies such as toilet papers, dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning tools are also provided for you and other housemates. Sunnyside is in a safe neighborhood and is close to the subway and bus stops. There are several taste-bud heaven Thai restaurants in the area like Thai Diva and Blu Orchid locating 5 minutes from the 46th st subway station. The Thai food here are the real deal if you want to go for some definition of “spiciness”. Make sure to order the medium spice-level drunken noodles with flank steak and a Thai-iced tea on the side. Fresh and Save is a go-to spot for many locals here. The neighborhood is perfect if you want to take a stroll around and enjoy fresh air, which are impossible in Midtown Manhattan. It is a very convenient location for commuting to your job or school. Located in a comfortable, quiet and safe neighborhood. Nearby, there is a Japanese supermarket and a restaurant. There are also Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, drugstores and major banks (Chase, Bank of America) near the station. New Bedding Setup! Bedroom does not have a lock due to New York regulations. Instead, a chain lock or slide lock is installed inside the door so you can lock it when you are in the bedroom.
