Cosy flat with Italian alps view

Charming, comfortable and recently rehabilitated 2 bedrooms flat set in marvelous and unique Italian alps and lakes surroundings. Fully equipped kitchen, warm sitting room, spacious bathroom and car park. The flat is comfortable, clean and well maintained. It has been recently rehabilitated with high quality material. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bedrooms and bathroom are spacious. Six people can comfortably fit also thanks to the sofa in the sitting room. You will feel like at ...home. The flat is fully equipped. A lift will help handle the suitcases. Car park is included and it is just opposite the house. Heating system is independent. Water and electricity costs are included throughout the year. Heating is included between 1st April and 30th September. From 1st October to 31st of March we will charge 15euros per week for heating. The flat is entirely for the guests. The neighborhood is very friendly, kind and quiet. I definitely recommend a walk along the lake and an ice skating session at nearby Ice Rink and canoeing on the Lake of Bedollo at 5 minutes drive. For those who prefer to "get lost" into nature and forget about city life, a walk up to Costalta mountain top will take some 3 hours. Bring along your food! A bus service connects nearby villages. From the flat you can quickly reach the village center on walk or rent a bicycle. (10 minutes walk towards the lake). The flat is set in a wonderful surrounding. It is opposite the Ice Rink of Baselga di Piné and 10 minutes walk from the lake. The view of the mountains is wonderful. At 5 minutes walk there is a park for kids. Famous ski slopes are at 1 hour drive.
