WELCOME to Highview Hideaway our beautifully refurbished one bedroom guest suite. Perfect for singles or couples looking to enjoy a getaway on the Coast. This space offers a kitchenette, bathroom, laundry, separate bedroom with king bed, airconditioning and fans. Smart T.Vs in lounge and bedroom and WIFI. Sliding doors lead to beautiful grapevine covered courtyard with BBQ. Ample parking on quiet street. Location is central to the Coasts many and varied attractions, activities and adventures. One bedroom with king bed, quality linen and smart TV Netflix, loungeroom with smart TV Netflix, kitchenette, bathroom and laundry. Sliding doors from loungeroom open onto a private courtyard with bbq under a grapevine covered pergola. The wrought iron table setting is the perfect spot to enjoy brekky and a coffee or a wine and cheese. Centrally located and only minutes to Terrigal, Toowoon Bay, The Entrance, Avoca and Shelly beach. Very handy to the Mingara Recreation club (Gym, Pool, restaurants, cafes and bars), Entrance Leagues club, Bateau Bay Pub, golf courses, Restaurants, theatres, Reptile park, Art galleries, a short trip to the Hunter valley and more. Guests have assess to The private side entry, rear courtyard, ground floor Studio and laundry. 8 stairs from street level to suite access. Guests will be provided with Hosts Mobile number and contact details during stay. A peaceful getaway and a great base to come and go as you please and enjoy the fantastic Central Coast. If you dont have a vehicle getting around is not a problem. Uber, taxis, courtesy buses and a regular bus service (2 mins walk) are all available. The suite has a kitchenette but not a full kitchen. There is a toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, sink and microwave but no oven or hot plates. We have books, cards and boardgames for your enjoyment. Our house is upstairs so occasionally there may be footsteps or faint background noise. There is only the 2 of us and we will always be mindful. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet.
