Bed and Breakfast In Charming House by the River
Our house in the small village of Grafrath provides for a relaxing visit in Bavaria, Germany. We have two rooms and a bathroom available for our guest on the second floor. Breakfast is provided. Use of kitchen can be arranged. Commuter - Train to Munich within 5 miles. Five minute walk to bus connection. Property is located along beautiful river. Host, Carol is an experienced travel guide who has arranged many trip for visitors from all over the world. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony. The master bedroom has a Queen-seize bed (1.60x2 meters), a big closet and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a fold-out sofa with a spring-core mattress (1.60x2 meters). The garden is located below a slope and is directly on the river Amper. Furthermore, the garden, which is shared with the inhabitants of the neighboring house, has its own access to the river. The Catholic church in the village is Pilgrimage Church of St. Rasso. It is 1050 years old and truly worth a visit. The quiet and idyllic location in the small village Grafrath is about a 20 minute foot walk away from the next train station. From there the train ride takes another 40 minutes to Munich downtown. There is a bus stop 5 walking minutes from the house. It comes twice every hour and drives to the district town (Fuerstenfeldbruck) ca. 8 kilometers away. There you will find a large shopping center. In addition to 3 large grocery stores there are: Restaurants, Kino, diverse doctors, Pharmacy, etc. From the train (S-Bahn) station Buchenau, trains leave to Munich city in 20 minute tact. The beds will be made on arrival and the towels will be laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped. I ask you to leave the house clean and dispose of the garbage, as well as to empty the refrigerator and leave the kitchen clean. Check-in takes place between 2 pm and 6 pm. Other arrival times only possible with prior arrangement.
