Beautiful suite in a private house

A beautiful suite in a house , with a private entrance, private bath and a parking. The suite is in a quite, secured and prestigious neighborhood. Walking distance to central train & bus station, 25 min. from Tel Aviv & its gorgeous beaches. The unit is connected to a house but stands as a private suite. It has a bedroom with a full size (double), electrical & adjustable bed. The suite has a nice living room with a sofa that can be open to a great bed, a table and a cable TV. In the unite there is also a kitchenette including a sink, a marble counter top, a microwave and a mini refrigerator. The unit has a classic stand-up glass shower with a toilet. It also has a dining table with 3 chairs so you can sit and eat comfortably. Although ,outside of the suit in the yard there are table with 2 chairs so you can sit and rest. The guest will get a separate key to his suite and will be able to enter from outside from a private entry. We can recommend our guest on tours and entertainment attractions-if they want to. The neighborhood is fairly new with exclusive private homes that has a city view with a sense of a resort area. It is close by to the lovely city park where guests can enjoy a walk in nature. Train and bus station is about 10 minutes walking distance. The city park is few minutes away. The highway no. 4 is 5 minutes drive away from the suite. Natanya is 15 minutes drive away and Raanana is 7 minutes drive away from the suite. About breakfast, if the guest wants breakfast ,its served in July and August at 08:30 A.M at an additional cost of 9 euros per person. Please let us know at time of booking. We give fresh towels sheets and blankets . For long term staying( more than a 14 days ) we clean and arrange the suite once a 2 weeks.
