Block out blinds, high end linens and towels. 3 types of pillow offerings( memory foam, down, or synthetic)Comfy queen size bed ( memory foam topper) with blanket layering options. There is a small closet, dresser and extra blanket! Sound machine and . Dimmable Salt Lamp. Dyson Hot/Cool air purifier. Small writing desk and chair. Robe and slippers....soft and soothing!. FYI: My room is at the opposite end of the guest room in the upstairs hallway. You will have access to the entire 2 level rowhouse space. Both the guest room and my bedroom are on the upper level of the condo. You can use the kitchen to store personal items in the fridge or freezer. Access to filtered water, tea, coffee, hot water dispenser, appliances. Let me know what you need if you plan on doing very light cooking and I will give you a quick tour first! Since this is a shared space, I honor privacy for both myself and my guests. While I enjoy a quick chat over coffee in the morning to get to know you and swap stories, I totally get it if you don't want to socialize! The John's Landing neighborhood in SW Portland is a mix of historic Victorian houses, condos, and apartments nestled amongst the trees! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the (Website hidden by Airbnb) if you’re looking for action or Portlandia vibe...you won’t find it here and it is not walking distance to a grocery store but there are a few cafes within walking distance. I'm in a good central location to get to any part of Portland. For the most part it is very quiet and surrounded by natural beauty. At times, here and there (especially summer months) you may hear the sounds of city life as people come and go on the street. I've designed the space and your room to help with this! Public Transportation: Download TriMet App and use Trip Planner I'm 15 miles from the airport. I’m an 8-10 minute walk to the bus transit stop at the corner of Barbur and Hamilton. You can easily get an Uber or lyft within minutes at any time to and from my location. You can walk to the Willamette River from my house and get access to the bike paths and bridge crossings. Just ask me and I can send you detailed info to help you navigate! Usually things are nice and quiet in my neighborhood, but I'm on the street and the guest room is adjacent to an apartment complex parking lot. Noise happens. Cars go by with music blaring at times. There is a basketball court in the middle of the adjacent apartment complex....you'll hear kids playing (or yelling and screaming). It's the city.......I've never had a complaint....but I'm just (Website hidden by Airbnb) can be unpredictable. I am also part of a "townhouse" which means walls are shared with next door neighbors. Never had a complaint....but new people are moving in next-door soon. I have no idea if they are noisy or not. These are things that can be unpredictable. My kitty Bodhi is very quiet and sweet. He usually hangs out downstairs and sometimes likes to jump on the comfy guest bed but for the most part he keeps to himself!!
