Cape House Get Away

The space is available for one to eight guests in the same party. The house is within walking distance to a private ocean beach and within a mile of the Shining Sea Bike Path (bike rentals are available nearby). Numerous restaurants serving traditional Cape fare are within a two mile radius, with many more in nearby Falmouth and Woods Hole. Playground, basketball and tennis/pickle courts within walking distance. Boat ramp down the street. PLEASE BRING OWN BATH/BEACH towels. No smoking, parties, or events. Loud noise and disruption will not be permitted by neighborhood. Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 12PM Will Send Directions about key for check-in. You will have access to the whole house. Great Neighborhood with tons of things to do. Restaurants walking and biking distance. Silver Sea bike path to Woods Hole 5 min bike ride away. Downtown Falmouth 10-15 Min Car ride(30 min bike ride on Shining Sea Path) Woods Hole 15-20 min car ride (45-1 hr min bike ride) Mashpee Commons 10-15 min car ride. New Seabury 15-20 min car ride. Mountain Bike Trails close by. Various Public and Private Golf Clubs quick car rides away. There is NO Central AC in this home. There is one spot to park in driveway and you can fit 2-3 cars on grass on our property. Additional cars should park at the library up the street.
