Country house in bricks and stones, recently renovated, stands on a small hill. Surrounded by the green countryside and woods of the Ete valley, among olive trees, ancient fruit trees and a small vegetable garden where our guests can enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables. The area is an oasis of peace and beauty in the rural atmosphere of a bygone era ... The house is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor are a small living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a sofabed, a kitchen with a gas cylinder oven and a firewood oven and a bathroom with a shower box. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and an adjoining little bedroom with a 2 single beds. The house is on the halfway between the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains (both about 30km away) and close to Fermo City (19 km away). In the surroundings medieval villages Montottone, Ortezzano, Monterinaldo, Monteleone, Servigliano, Smerillo and Montefalcone-Appennino you can enjoy breathtaking views.
