Large Bedroom in a beautiful apartment with ocean views over King Edward Park. Open living and kitchen area enjoys sea breezes and north easterly aspect. Ideally located to walk into the CBD and Newcasltes famous beaches. A friendly young cat called Bruno also lives here. Not suited to Children or Pets. This is a strictly no smoking home. Welcome to my home. I'll be here during your stay. Beautiful, sunny apartment with views over King Edward Park towards Newcastle from the living spaces. Double french doors opening onto a small balcony brings cool sea breezes into the apartment. You'll notice a selection of indoor plants in the reading nook by the balcony. A perfect, sunny spot to enjoy a book and a cup of tea The bedroom is large with a bay window, capturing the breeze on hot nights, and letting in warming westerly sun in winter. I live here and allow you full use of the living area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and your bedroom. The only area you do not have access to is my bedroom. As an early-to-bed-early-to-rise person I train early and work late, and so you'll likely see me in passing. I will happily socialise when at home in my down time. You can walk to the CBD, Bar Beach, Newcastle Beach, Anzac Bridge, Darby St easily (though everything is downhill from my place, so if you struggle walking up hills you may need to drive) This is an affluent area. The neighbours are friendly. With the big park across the road, you will see many walkers out and about. There is a bus stop on the road behind our apartment. Easy walk downhill to the CBD, Darby St, Newcastle Beach and Bar Beach. Free Street parking is available. Bruno is a ragdoll kitten (he doesn't look it, but he acts it). He's very friendly, loves people and will play with you, talk with you and will be curious about you. Keeping the door to your room shut will keep him out of your stuff. As he is the cat in residence, cat hair is inevitable despite my best efforts to keep it to a minimum. Please don't let him out of the apartment. He is allowed on the balcony. I also do not own a TV. Please feel free to use the WiFi to stream on your own devices.
