Lakefront Adirondack Camp on Lincoln Pond with white-washed, knotty pine interiors, unobstructed mountain views, and beautiful sunsets with a western view across the lake. Canoeing, fishing, and swimming are great to do here, as the water is clean with a gradual deepening right off the shoreline. Close to High Peaks and great hiking trails. Great for leaf peeping in the fall. You can have cocktails on the screened porch and bonfires under the stars. WIFI recently added!! Camp is easily accessible, located on a rural, but well maintained road in the Town of Elizabethtown (Lincoln Pond Road). It is centrally located to Lake Champlain, Lake Placid, and Lake George, but off the beaten path from those areas. We find it very peaceful and serene, especially in the off-season when you feel like the only one for miles. Camp provides a perfect setting to recharge your batteries or get away from it all. High Peak access includes Giant, Upper & Lower Wolf Jaw, Gothics, Sawteeth and more. Or hike the Lake Road Trail and enjoy the waterfalls and views of the Ausable River. We encourage you to do your homework to understand parking capacity and ADK guidelines so you get the most out of your visit. Whole house available. Camp is set up with a code lock for self-check in. Contact owner to arrange check-in. One of the great things about Lincoln Pond is how central it is to a wide variety of vacation activities! From hiking to biking, boating to golf, hunting, fishing, museums and history, and, even international nightlife, Lincoln Pond is a great place for a diverse, fun-filled vacation. The camp is located in a neighborhood with several camps around it. In Elizabethtown there are gas stations, a supermarket, liquor store, restaurants, hospital, laundromat and ice cream place (Stewarts!). Elizabethtown is the County Seat of Essex County and the Sheriff’s Department can be found there. Parking on site; Max 3 vehicles. No public transportation. Lincoln Pond is located in a rural area of the Adirondack Mountains, situated between Elizabethtown and Port Henry NY, there is no WiFi service offered in the area. There is excellent Verizon cell service available that will allow you to create a personal hot spot if needed. You are close to the Adirondack High Peaks, centrally located between the central Adirondacks, Lake Champlain, Lake George and Lake Placid/Wilmington.
