Light-filled part house with own entrance

Tastefully decorated , spacious and light filled half house with its own separate entrance. There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Each has access to the en-suite bathroom. There is a guest lounge area which also has a small dining area with tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge. There is a shared laundry / kitchen with a cooktop. There is an outdoor BBQ area with seating and garden area. The guest space is separated from the rest of the house by doors which can be closed off for your privacy. Guests enter the space via their own Coded side gate, which brings them to the back of the house. They enter by the back door which is also used at times by us, with respect for guests privacy. This door also gives access to patio BBQ area and gardens. The guests lounge / dining room has a large television.There is also available a DVD player and DVD'S available for guests. There is a selection of books as well as board games. In this area there is a fridge, toaster, microwave and electric jug for guests use. There is a shared laundry / kitchen area available for guests which has an electric cook top and washing up area. There is pots pans and utensils available. Guests have access to washing machine and dryer. laundry liquid is available for purchase per wash. There are coffee shops, convenience store / service station and hospital within walking distance. grocery stores and super markets are nearby. There is a bus service to the area with bus stops close by. There is also a walking track around the lake. We are usually available in our part if the house for guests if needed. If we are not available at home we are easilyreached by phone WIFI is available and also basic snacks for purchase
