This is an up-and-coming neighborhood - about 10 minutes away from the city. The area is pretty scenic, serene and convenient (grocery stores and shops are a short walk away). Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy a hike, bike or jog at Karura forest, which is 5 minutes away. There are quite a few malls around the area - Two Rivers Mall (the biggest mall in East Africa) is actually a 6-min drive away! Other nearby malls: Ridgeways, Garden City and Thika Road Mall. The UN headquarters is 4KM away. It is close to public transport - matatus (public buses) will take you to the city for $0.50. There are Taxify and Uber cars around the area as well. If you prefer to take a motorbike 🏍 popularly known as Boda boda there are a couple of them. Just bring your suitcase and be prepared to have a comfortable and fun stay in a spacious apartment!
