Villa with pool and stunning views

The spacious Villa Lancieri, has a generous swimming pool (18 metres long) and terraced fruit gardens overlooking the mountains, the plains and the sea in the distance. A beautiful hideaway only 30 minutes from the sea and ideally situated halfway between Rome and Naples. Only 30 minutes from the Circeo National Park natural reserve and the beautiful beaches of Sabaudia, Villa Lancieri is surrounded by greenery, with stunning views over the Pontine Plain and the sea. The villa sits in the middle of one acre of private land and is situated on a hilltop near the historical art town of Priverno, 100 kilometres south of Rome. The villa is on three levels with a magnificent swimming pool surrounded by a large terraced garden full of fruit trees. Ground floor: entrance hall, double living room with large terrace, lounge with stone and brick fireplace, dining kitchen with storage area, main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and terrace, guest double bedroom and two more bathrooms. First floor: four double bedrooms, two storage areas, one double balcony and two single balconies. Basement: a well-lit area with a garage for three cars, cellar, and service rooms. Outside: Facing the main bedroom, large swimming pool with shower area and remotely controlled pool cover. Garden: 5,000 m² of terraced gardens with dry stone walls and wide paved paths for easy access. Numerous mature fruit trees (figs, almonds, cherries, oranges, lemons, medlars), a large mature vineyard trellis, several rose bushes and a small bamboo grove. Guests will have exclusive access to the whole property, including the swimming pool and the terraced gardens. We will meet guests at the beginning of their stay at the Villa and give them all relevant information on the house and the surrounding area. We will not be present at the property during the guests's stay. The villa is situated in the Boschetto area, a secluded, quiet area with great views on the hills near the historic town of Priverno 100km south of Rome. The villa sits among beautiful countryside and woodland that are easily accessible. The fantastic beaches of San Felice, Sabaudia and the Circeo National Park are all just thirty minutes away. Many historic places are within easy reach: Priverno, Terracina, Sperlonga, Sermoneta, Ninfa, Norma. The monumental Abbey of Fossanova is only 10 mins away. . Access to the villa needs to be by car. There is an infrequent bus service to Priverno that stops on Via del Boschetto, around 200 metres from the property. The small historic town of Priverno, with all shops and services, is only 4km away. Regrettably we are not able to accept pets at the villa.
