Felixstow Family Retreat: 2BRs, 6ppl, 2 bathrooms

With the entire house to yourselves, my guests have enjoyed spreading out in the 2 bedrooms, watching movies on Netflix, sharing meals at the breakfast bar or when the weather is warmer, taking the conversation to the backyard eating area. That's what family time is about when you're on holidays. And my place is perfect for catching up in Adelaide. Mornings will be easier with 2 bathrooms, that means having the vanity to do your hair while someone else is using the showers or in the WCs. Other things you can expect: The entire house is yours! Free WIFI Central heating/cooling (AC) Fridge Tea/coffee making Off street parking Dishwasher Washer/Dryer combo You have access to the entire home including large, spacious open plan living room and use of kitchen and laundry rooms. The toilet is separate to the rest of the main bathroom. There is a green backyard with seating to enjoy wine or beers. The garage and one bedroom will be locked as they are currently used for storage. I give my guests space but am available when needed. I am a phone call away and can be there in-person to provide assistance or be there for check in. The public bus stop (Stop 15 on Payneham Road) to the city is a 2 minute walk from my place. It is also a Go Zone bus stop! A Go Zone is a zone that offers convenient bus services approximately every 15 minutes between 7:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday and every 30 minutes at night, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays until 10pm. Nearby pubs include The Maid Hotel, Glynde Hotel and The Royal Hotel Kent Town. While most shops close by 9pm on weekdays, IGA Campbelltown open until midnight for the late night grocery run or other needs.
