Our lovely cottage-style semi-detached house provides a very comfortable place to stay in Leigh. It's well located for access by car to Liverpool and Manchester. Old Trafford and the Trafford Centre are 30 minutes away. We are 5 minutes from Leigh Sports Village. The house is close to shops and a large retail park. With its 2 double bedrooms, it's ideal for couples, families and working professionals. A place to relax after a day of travelling or work, comfortable sofas, books to read and a large screen TV to help unwind. Everything you need in the kitchen. A downstairs bathroom with a bath with electric shower over. Two very comfy beds, one of them kingsize. A desk to work at. Access to the shopping centre close by for some retail therapy. You have access to the whole house - the lounge, kitchen, bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The house is close to a Post Office, a delicatessen, a chippy, pub, a park and Parsonage Retail Park with the Argos, Sainsburys, B&M, type stores. It's also not far from Pennington Flash, Pennington Wharf Marina and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, as well as Leigh Sports Village. There is easy access from the A580 (the East Lancs Road) to J23 on the M6 and the M60 around Manchester. Austin Street is a cul de sac just off Firs Lane. There is plenty of on road parking. The house is set back behind a driveway facing Firs Lane which can be busy with traffic at peak times. Access is via the cul de sac Austin Street where there is plenty of parking . The bathroom is downstairs and the 2 bedrooms are on the first floor.
