Browns Bay is nestled between Torbay and Rothesay Bay on the North Shore. You can take a nice stroll along the beach to other local bays or go out and explore all that Browns Bay has to offer as everything is conveniently within walking distance. There are also local buses that service through Clyde Road (the main street) multiple times an hour. If you are after some retail therapy, Albany Mall, the biggest mall on the North Shore, is 10 minutes drive away. The apartment is also only a 12 minute drive to Takapuna and 25 minutes to the CBD. Currently the elevator is working, although there have been maintenance work over the past few months, it is working fine but if you prefer the stairs, it is an easy climb.
