Here at The Chestnuts, the purpose built annex is located right next to our family cottage. Access is up a flight of stairs, and once inside, you’ll find a small kitchenette for shared use between the 2 en suite bedrooms. Here you’ll have access to a fridge, sink, microwave & coffee machine. Continental breakfast items will be provided for your stay, if you have any specific dietary requirements, please contact us before your arrival. Taking both our en suite rooms here at The Chestnuts is the ideal space for families or friends going away together. We have 1 twin room and one superking double room. The price for the entire space and exclusive use of the kitchenette is £170 per night. We do welcome well behaved dogs ( £5 per stay ) - at no time are they allowed on the furniture or beds. You're welcome to explore all of our garden. We ask guests not to allow dogs into the back field off a lead, as there are sometimes cattle grazing in the adjacent fields. We're always around and available during your stay if you need to contact us or need help with something. Within easy reach of Norwich, market towns of Bungay, Wymondham, Harleston, and Diss. Rural South Norfolk is not so much on the tourist map so ideal for walking and cycling. Close to the Waveney valley. Easy walk to the village of Long Stratton, which has a supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy and various takeaways. A good bus service into Norwich-every 30 mins. There is a half hourly bus service to Norwich during the day, from Long Stratton which is a mile from us. However, to get around easily and make the most of the surroundings, a car is necessary.
