SOFTLY SUNNY QUEEN BEDROOM

This is a Lovely Queen bedroom with Cable TV. Full bathroom outside the room. Coffee, tea, toast, cereal, fruit available for morning breakfast. We have a wonderful, welcoming home with 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, wifi, a back deck and front porch for relaxing and having breakfast in the morning, easy street parking and we are 1 block from the train station (20 minutes to Center City, Philadelphia). We have a fireplace to warm your toes by (if you are here in the Winter) , and Central Air conditioning in the Summer...and if you like yoga, we offer a Sunday morning class in our 3rd floor meeting room. There are also several local yoga studios in the area. There is a quaint, lovely, cafe nearby and several wonderful restaurants as well as a great diner modeled after the 50's within walking distance. Bedroom prices vary from $70 to $85. Our bathroom on the 3rd Floor has a claw foot tub and full shower. Our bathroom on the 2nd floor is also a claw foot tub with a hand held shower. The largest bedroom ( which we call The "Guest "Room) has a queen size bed and a queen size futon couch. The" Peach" room has a full size bed, The "Sun" Room has a single bed and a small couch (mostly for reading and relaxing) with an additional chair in the room and The "Reading" Room has a full size pull out couch. Bathrooms are shared. We also have a beautiful indoor/outdoor bengal kitty. If you are looking for a comfortable, cozy place to be after your travels in and around Philadelphia, you'll like it here. We are on the border between Elkins Park and East Oak Lane..close to Temple University, Arcadia University, and Abington Hospital. Coffee, tea, cereal (hot and cold) and fruit always available. The Guest Room - 1 Queen size bed, 1 queen size pull out couch futon - can sleep 4 people - Lovely room with soft sunlight ( west side of house) and 2 additional chairs- $85.00 for 2 people- $25 each additional. The Peach Room - 1 full size bed (can sleep 2 if you are comfortable on a full size bed) $75.00 (for 2 people). The Sun Room - 1 single bed in a sunny room. Small couch in room and an additional chair. Very cozy. $70.00 per night. Sleeps 1 person. The Reading Room - nice size room with a pull out full size bed. Sleeps 2 people. $75.00 per night.
