Reynards - a farm stay & countryside escape

Nestled on a farm in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Reynards offers open plan living all on one level. Its high vaulted ceiling & double patio doors allow light & country views to flood in. The modern kitchen is equipped with an American fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher & oven. There are comfy sofas, a log burner and a flatscreen tv & Wifi. Outside is seating and a large enclosed garden. Close to Camber Sands, 1066 Country, National Trust Properties, Rye & Hastings. Reynards has a large Kitchen/living/dining space which can sit 12 persons comfortably around its dining table, complete with a woodburning stove, comfy sofas and chairs and views of beautiful countryside. Reynards can sleep up to 6 people and all being on one level makes it fairly accessible. There are 3 bedrooms, a master double ensuite and 2 further rooms with twin beds. There is a further bathroom and a cloakroom Reynards has a large private enclosed garden with a BBQ, patio chairs & table It is on a farm and offers views of beautiful rural countryside, ideal for peaceful lazy days. Close to Hastings & 1066 Country, Camber Sands, Batemans, Great Dixter, the Kent & Sussex Steam Railway and we are on the local Vineyard Trail. Large private fenced garden, own driveway for up to 4 cars, Dog garden, open countryside walks. On arrival we will greet you with the key and gladly give you ideas on where to visit. Well sell our own farm produce Rye is lovely for cafes and restaurants The area is surrounded by ancient woodland which is lovely for walking. By car Bring Torches ! The skies at night are excellent for stargazers. Wellies are a good idea if going in the fields. **Well behaved dogs are very welcome with prior arrangement charged at £35. Dogs must be kept on the lead around the farm.** There are 3 holiday barns on site - all of which can be booked together providing accommodation for up to 14 guests. Check out is 9am.
