Extra secondary glazing has been added for noise and thermal insulation and all walls have been insulated. Large living room with all the usual comforts, separate kitchen - with new washer/dryer recently added. Guests have their own access onto the main road and are fully independent of the owners. Parking available on road outside and also on the market place just around the corner. You can happily load / unload in the owners driveway if busy. Unfortunately the building was built around 1750 and is not really suitable for electric wheelchair access with no disabled toilet available. Set in the heart of the village and close to all the main road network and airport. Pubs, shops and takeaways all within walking distance. Sorry - no cats due to previous nightmares. Owners have three well behaved dogs so extra furry friends always welcome. All we ask is that if you bring pooch please don't leave them unattended in the flat. The settee is a bed settee for possible additional guests.
