Off the living room, on the left wing of the home, is another full bath with dual vanity, heat lamp, Jacuzzi tub and block glass shower. Past the bathroom are the 3 remaining guest bedrooms. There are also flat screen televisions in most rooms (equipped with fire sticks), Nest dual climate control, Sonos surround sound and Amazon Alexa. The entire home minus: The basement *Most of master closets-There are walls of closets that connect the “his and her” baths. Although the majority of closets are locked, there is a floor to ceiling closet and the suite has several dressers, cabinets and night stands for guests to enjoy. The garage-the garage is locked for owner storage and we ask guests to refrain from accessing it. We will be semi-local accessible by phone 24x7 and available in person for emergencies. Tucked away in a small culdesac, this home provides peace and tranquility while still having access to fantastic restaurants, shops and entertainment. Located in North Wilmington, we are just a 20 minute drive to the famous Brandywine Valley, the popular tax free shopping destination Christiana Fashion Center and Main Event and 35 minutes to Downtown Philadelphia!!! We are a 1.5 hrs drive to Baltimore, the Delaware Beaches and Atlantic City/Cape May. We are 2 hrs drive to Washington D.C & the Poconos and 3 hours to NYC. We are committed to clean. Additionally, although this is a ranch, there is a sunken family room and atrium requiring stepping down 2 stairs to reach the Family Room and 3 stairs to the atrium. Additionally there is one staircase to the basement. The basement is restricted unless access is required for the breaker box. Although technically there are 3 full baths (2-in the master and 1 in the hall), the tub in one of the master baths is being repaired so there is currently 1 full bath with shower and a separate powder room in the Master wing. There is a separate full bath in the hallway with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. There is also another powder room off the Family room. For this reason the property is displayed with 2 full and 2 half baths.
