NO ANIMALS NO SMOKERS NO EXCEPTIONS The Eagle's Nest suite has 950sqft- it's a completely separate space with private entrance, Queen Anne bed with plush mattress, kitchenette, two sitting/sleeping areas, private entrance, beach, complimentary paddle board and canoe to explore the lake- Heaven! NO ANIMALS NO SMOKERS NO EXCEPTIONS 'This used to be my wish; a bit of land, not much, a house and a garden with a lake at hand and just a little woods.' Horace's wish can be yours at Monarch Manor! We are just fifteen minutes from Silverwood theme park, and a short walk to golf, biking and hiking trails as well as a restaurant. Our gravel beach on lower Twin Lakes offers incredible views of mountains, as you watch the bald eagles and osprey dive for fish. Skiing, wake boarding, kayaking, and swimming are popular in the summer with cross country ski trails and walking or skating across the lake in winter to the incredible frozen water falls(when safe). Schweitzer Mtn resort is just an hour away. Coeur d Alene and Post Falls are a short drive away. Porches are open to enjoy and guests can come and go through the private entrances at your convenience. The three room suite is over 950 square feet and includes the Eagle's Nest with a kitchenette, bedroom, a private bathroom with shower, and a separate large sitting room with a daybed and trundle (both with real mattresses). Two paddle boards, a paddle boat, and canoe are available anytime with a deposit. If you prefer to 'do your own thing', the kitchenette is equipped with a coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, and under counter fridge. It is not a full service kitchen. Our shady five acres is home to a very friendly doodle along with chickens, and two playful goats. Our home has been created by an architect and an artist who enjoy cheerful colors. We look forward to making your stay just as you want it to be. Shared porches are open to enjoy and guests can come and go through the private entrances at your convenience. We also have a fire pit-available when conditions allow . Please get permission from Shelly before starting a fire. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, and under counter fridge. It is not a full service kitchen. There are some breakfast items and condiments in the suite. Also, do not plan to invite any guests outside of those in your reservation unless you’ve gotten consent ahead of time. Thank you for being respectful of our slice of paradise. :) It's a lovely neighborhood with huge pine trees and a very quiet (bumpy) road. There is no public transportation. Rathdrum is just 4 miles away with fast food and two large grocery stores as well as a few sit down restaurants. Coeur d Alene is just a quick 25 minute drive and Silverwood theme park is 15 minutes away. There is a laundromat in Rathdrum. NO ANIMALS NO SMOKERS NO EXCEPTIONS
