Unique detached house near 'Homeward Bound' origin

The guest room is in a shared, detached house in a pleasant and quiet area by a beautiful Victorian park, a few steps from the train station where Paul Simon wrote the song "Homeward Bound". The living room has a large screen TV with all channels, movies, sports and BluRay. The bathroom includes a bath and shower. There is a large kitchen with ample cooking facilities and all appliances. There is a games room with a pool table and darts board. Very fast broadband Internet and Wi-Fi included The bedroom includes a double bed. All bed linen, pillows, towels etc are provided. The living room has a fireplace with a wood burning stove and a rowing machine. For musically talented guests, there are even two acoustic pianos, including an Érard upright piano in the music room, which also includes a multi-media music player and Hi-Fi speakers. The house features very fast home broadband Internet connection and Wi-Fi. There is a separate games room available for guests to use. This features an English pool table (with tournament quality pool balls and cues) a dartboard and a Bluetooth speaker. Guests may access any part of the house, including the two living rooms, kitchen, games room and garden. Parking is free on the street and on the driveway. I also live in the house and can answer any questions or provide local advice. The house is a few steps from the train station where Paul Simon wrote the famous song "Homeward Bound". There is a beautiful Victorian park next to the house - great for walking, running, sports, families, coffee, ice cream. Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, North Wales and many attractions are conveniently close. Shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. Supermarkets and larger retail stores are a few minutes' drive away. Parking is free, on street on the driveway. The house is one minute's walk from the train station, situated on the fast train line between Liverpool and Manchester/Manchester Airport (Liverpool city centre is around 25 minutes away; Manchester city centre is around 30 minutes away, by the fast train). Motorway and road networks are conveniently close. Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, North Wales, The Peak District and The Lake District and much more are relatively short trips away, making the house an ideal base for travel to tourist spots around the region. Check in times may be possible earlier than after 5pm, depending on various factors. I can sometimes arrange for a friend to be at the house when I am at work or travelling. Breakfast is self-serve. If a 3rd guest is required to stay, they would have to sleep on a sofa in one of the shared living rooms. Please note that, temporarily, one of the two ovens on the range cooker is inoperable. However, there is still a grill and separate main oven working as normal.
