Unique single room, 15-20min walk to Mcr Airport!

**New for (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Emma™️ mattress** A single room in a lovely little detached house, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) mins walk from Manchester Airport train station (using (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps) with overnight parking. Very close to all transport links. Way cheaper than the airport Hilton and much cosier! The room itself is quite unique, with a considerable amount of pop culture paraphernalia to browse. Happy to leave guests to their own devices, or to chill out and watch a film with me in the living room - whatever works! :-) Single bedroom in a relatively new-build area, with a large driveway for parking. Bed is a standard 6' day bed with solid wood sides. Brand new Emma mattress installed at the start of (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , for a super comfy and restful night's sleep. Use of all shared amenities: upstairs bathroom/downstairs WC; living room with large TV/home cinema setup; kitchen with washing machine, microwave... all mod cons! Large rear garden with patio furniture (smoking outside, thanks). Plenty of space in the fridge, plus fibre broadband access. I also have a lovely dog, a Jack Russell cross called Izzy - largely she's with me, but sometimes with my folks. She's well looked after no matter where she is! Check-in time is 8pm on weekdays, but happy for you to arrive anytime after midday on weekends if arranged prior to your stay. I am happy to wear a face covering if you would prefer, and adhere to social distancing guidelines as much as is possible/practical. Restrictions may have eased but the pandemic hasn't; every guest has the right to feel safe and comfortable when staying. Happy to leave you to your own devices or you're more than welcome to relax in the living room, which is a shared space. Doubles as a home cinema; a film is always at the ready if need be! Very close to the airport, which is the main draw really - couple of local parks nearby, and the lovely Airport Pub which has a beer garden overlooking the runway. A great hidden gem only a short taxi ride away. Chinese and Indian takeaways are two minutes' walk round the corner, along with a convenience store open till 10pm. McDonald's, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Domino's Pizza are all situated nearby on Wythenshawe Civic Centre. Wythenshawe City Centre is within walking distance, as are local bus/Metrolink/train connections. Manchester city centre is a 17-minute train journey from the airport train station. The airport can be easily reached on foot or via a very short taxi journey. I'll almost always be around to meet you, as I schedule all my stays when I'm at home. However if for any reason my plans change and I can't be around when you arrive, there is a key safe by the front door. The code for this will be issued prior to your check-in date. If walking from the airport, do make your way to the Airport Train Station and set off from there. This is the shortest route on foot. It will take you through a park; do be aware of this if travelling after dark. Izzy will also likely make a fuss over you if she's around - so long as you're happy with this, I think you're good to go! (P.S.
