Jasper's Hideout
Stay in a piece of history! Built in 1879 by William Jasper Henderson, Jasper's Hideout is a beautiful turn of the century craftsman home updated with all of the modern comforts. Jasper's Hideout is located in the quiet town of Cannonville, centrally located in the midst of Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome Basin and The Grande Staircase National Monument. Jasper's Hideout is a beautiful home, capable of housing multiple families at once. Enjoy modern conveniences such as wifi and air conditioning alongside the rustic charm of claw foot tubs and craftsman trim. Rained in? We've got Hulu and Netflix as well as video games for the children (and childlike adults). Want to keep the technology out of it and enjoy the rustic aesthetic instead? We've got plenty of board games to play, so kick back and enjoy! Sick of eating out? Prefer to cook for yourself? Jasper's hideout has a fully furnished kitchen and plenty of seating, making sure that no one is left out. As a guest at Jasper's hideout, you'll enjoy access to the entirety of the home and the surrounding property. Our guests will always be welcome to call or text us over any concerns they may have during their stay. We're happy to give our advice and opinions on local destinations, eateries, entertainment etc. We also have full time maintenance available in the unlikely event of an emergency. Need information on what sites to see while staying in the Bryce Canyon area? Want to take a break and let the kids run wild for an afternoon? With a BLM field office and city park directly across the street, you'll have both bases covered handily. Jasper's Hideout is a mere ten minutes from fine dining options such as the Stone Hearth Grille as well as more earthy alternatives like I.D.K. B.B.Q. (some of the best BBQ in Utah!). Take a stroll around town at sunset and experience unparalleled scenic views in all directions. Want to do something really special? Outside on clear nights, unimpeded by street lamps, you can enjoy starlight like you've never seen it before. Getting around in Cannonville is easy, there simply isn't anywhere in town that isn't a five minute walk away. Most guests come with their own transportation and you'll need it if you want to access all of the beautiful natural landmarks in this rugged portion of the country.
